A famous Topsy Turvy or Whimsical cakes. In this class you will learn:

 

How to cut and layer cakes then create topsy turvy shapes

How to carve the cakes and stack them safely using dowels

How to prepare and colour fondant

How to cover the cakes with fondant

How to make whimsical bows, flowers and swags

How to embellish the cake using different cutters and patterns

 

Duration : 2-3 hours, but the timing may vary.

This class is 100% hands-on with all the materials and equipment supplied. 

You will have the recipe, additional knowledge and your own cake at the end of each class..
